I have had many parcels shipped to me via youshop and they have always been dispatched promptly.

My latest one though:

I paid on the 16th and it is still sitting in the youshop warehouse.

Almost a week later.

This is from the UK warehouse.

Is anyone else seeing such an issue?

How long can it take from being delivered to appearing in your Youshop account? I have something that according to the tracking number was delivered about 24 hours ago to US Youshop (if I've got the time difference correct) but it still hasn't appeared in my account for me to pay for shipping. And it also cannot be found when searching the tracking number on the claim your parcel page.

I'd give it another 24hrs at least - sometimes it can take a while.

Apologies if this has already been asked - there's currently 134 pages of posts on this thread...

I've just ordered some comic books from Amazon.com and chose to use my Youshop address for the very first time... While they would actually ship direct to NZ, Postage for the comics was coming in at about USD$40 so I thought youshop might be more economical.

What's happened though is that Amazon decided to ship the comic books in 3 separate dispatches overnight and now I'm wondering what will happen... Common sense tells me that I'll be pinged for forwarding on 3 different packages when I actually expected just one..

Anyone else got experience of a scenario like this care to advise what happened to them please?

Should not be a problem. The three packages should arrive with in a few days of each other at the Youshop address and you can consolidate them into one package.

You get a reasonable length or time to wait for all three packages to arrive

Sweet! Do I have to advise Youshop to consolidate the 3 packages or will they see from the shipping labels that they are part of a larger order?

I think it'll only be a matter of 2-3 days between package 1 and package 3 arriving at the Youshop depot...

Provided it's within 21 days it'll be fine. You'll need choose to consolidate before checking out.

Yep and they do charge you to consolidate. It still works out much cheaper than sending individually.

Was in my account on Saturday morning so took about 48 hours. The site I ordered from does ship to NZ but the cheapest options was $67US and through Youshop it was $50NZ so worth it for the extra few days delivery time.

Quick question.  I have three parcels arriving at YouShop USA - 2 have arrived - I have used the company I have purchased from and know they only use 3 sizes of boxes.  The first box arrived and its largest dimension is 50cm, the second box arrived at YouShop say it is 51cm - not able to be consolidated because it is over the 50cm limit.  The fedex information states that both boxes are the same dimensions.  If I contact YouShop will they remeasure the parcel?  Has anyone else had the same issue.

I have in the past had to put in a claim as YouShop got the dimensions and weight very wrong.  I could just pay and sort it out once all three parcels are here in NZ but it's the principal I feel.

If I cannot consolidate these parcels it will be well over $200 in postage.

I found that you can also contact customer support to get the first parcel held for an extra week if you are expecting a second parcel close to the time limit.

Paid Youshop last Saturday and package arrived yesterday morning. Including delivery it worked out about 25% cheaper than the equivalent here and couldn't get the exact thing here anyway. Very happy with the purchase.
