"Label Created, not yet in system" from USPS (from an Amazon.com parcel delivered on 26 Oct 2024, so maybe purged if it was)

Though tracking still shows on https://uktracking.asendia.com/tracking.php?ref= , Aramex and Amazon.

IDK if it'll help you at all, but here is what my successful tracking looked like:

Amazon.com tracking:

Asendia:

Aramex:

Edit:

Maybe worth trying https://packageradar.com/courier/wndirect/tracking/

I just tried parcelsapp and my parcel doesn't show up there either, but does on packageradar, though packageradar seems to just pull the info from wnDirect.

Is weird that your parcel isn't on asendia at all.

I once had a parcel arrive a few months late that had been held by MPI. Amazon had already refunded, which I think was fair as it was well passed the promised delivery date.

Thanks man but whatever angle I try it isn't showing up anywhere. Only leads I have are leaving the Amazon US distribution centre in Beuna Park, CA (last tracking on Amazon app) on the 6th then the USPS tracking I found myself in Whittier, CA same day. Stone cold after that. All I can think.of is delays with the bushfires in California. Last update isn't in the danger area but close enough I guess.

Apparently Aramex now uses a Tardis to do their deliveries in the future.

Tracking says "Out for delivery 1340.  Delivered at 1342".

Time I checked it:  1324

Impressive.

At least you've got updates mate. Mine hasn't updated in 17 days and only updates from the day it left the warehouse in the US.

Yeah, I've had reasonably good updates on my deliveries lately.  Just the ongoing idiocy of Aramex's outright refusal to read the instructions to leave on back door step, and instead leaving it in full street view at the front door, under the sign that says "Please use back door".

Mine are still being left in the little bit on the back of the letterbox that was for milk when that was a thing.

Many times I have gone into the kitchen and seen the echo show with a thing on it that my parcel was delivered and then realize I have to put shoes on and trek out to the mailbox and hope its still there now that its 11:30 at night.

So I purchased a Wyze smart lock bolt from Amazon USA last Wednesday afternoon (5th Feb).

Tracking ID was issued and estimated delivery was  Wednesday 19th Feb.

That then got revised to Tuesday 18th February.

Got an email from Aramex, that I thought was some sort of scam this morning at 6.19am, telling me that a parcel I ordered from the UK was arriving today.

I noticed this around 8.00 this morning.

I looked at the links and while the parcel number didn't match the Amazon one, the links all seemed to actually go to Aramex.co.nz.

(Seemed odd that the Amazon site said being despatched from the USA but sent from the UK - Dont know how Amazon handle that).

I decided to copy the parcel link from the email and put it into Aramex's tracking ID and it said it had been delivered at 7.44am.

Nothing at the door - wandered up the driveway to check the letterbox and sure enough, its sitting in there.

Fortunately it fitted ok and the lid wasnt open like it was one other time when Aramex delivered a pair of sports shoes.

All the other couriers drop even the smallest items at our front door (first house down a driveway in central Auckland).

So - impressive speed from ordering to delivery (including Aramex) - around 5 days!

But not so happy about Aramex leaving a $160 item just sitting in the letterbox.

Thank goodness I am WFH today and keep an eye out for parcel tracking - If it had been an office day, I would have been concerned about it just sitting out at the street.

I noticed on the Aramex tracking site it had the parcel noted as "Authority to leave".

Your parcel will be delivered to a safe place
The sender has requested that the courier leave your parcel in a safe place at your address, if available.

If that's not possible, your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point or back to your local Aramex depot. You will be notified via the tracking page.

Not convinced that 'a safe place' is a street letterbox.

Aramex does the absolute minimum to get the parcel to the property.  Reading instructions does not feature in their operation.  Hence why they are always either leaving items in the letter box if they fit (barely acceptable) or on the front door in full street view if they don't fit the letterbox (not acceptable).  Right under a sign on the door that says "Please use back door" with the delivery label facing up that clearly also says "Please leave at back door".

My understanding is that it is still on the supplier to rectify if an item goes missing after delivery, especially if the instructions are not followed.
