Handsomedan:Streaming services dropping series one episode at a time with a week in between.

Maybe they retain slightly more subscriptions this way.

I was thinking of going back on Disney for as long as it takes to watch season two of Andor ;  ). With work and family demands it takes me three months to watch a series unless I catch a break. Disney does not have to worry in my case.

Maybe they release as soon as each episode completes post-production and that's weekly.

AFAIK Andor is being released 3 episodes at a time, last 3 on May 14 here.

Can't disable the inbuilt DHCP server on the mesh wifi/routers I just bought; annoying as I'd rather be using the already configured and much more flexible DHCP server built into my piHole setup.

I can't get over how buggy the "new and improved" version of Microsoft Azure DevOps is. I'm pressing Enter because I want to go to the next line, not because I want to delete the comment and replace it with "@Coworker@Coworker"!

Take it back and buy some proper gear. Not fit for purpose.

Single file? Nah - save water, foot-bath with a friend.

While washing lentils for dinner last night I discovered a non-lentil grain. Looks like wheat or possibly barley. Both of which make me very sick.

A grain of wheat is small and it annoys me if it comes anywhere near my dinner.

I’ve often found small stones in lentils. Hard to see when they are the black lentils.

Non-linearity and slow response to change of power setting on our ceramic cook top. On 2/9 it still boils and takes a while to slow down.
one of these days I’ll get round to replacing it with a low current induction cook top.
