I have been watching Love Island UK, but I'm not sure that I would recommend it because none of the couples seem committed to each other. Initially I thought that Jake and Liberty were a cute couple, but I changed my mind when Jake did a massive fart while kissing her.
I am also very upset about how Faye and Sharon treated Hugo. I know he shouldn't have said those things about their fake lips and boobs, but that didn't give them the right to make him cry.
Hopefully you all find this review useful.
Clarkson's Farm (Amazon Prime)
I was never a "Top Gear" fan. However, my SO and I thoroughly enjoyed this show - binge watched the entire series. Clarkson's total incompetence at everything he attempts - set alongside "simple country folk" who work tirelessly to save his backside works like a charm. Parts of it were so funny - my sides hurt from laughing so hard.
The Serpent on Netflix.
Based on the Serial Killer Charles Sobhrahj in the 1970s.
Really enjoyed it. Binged it in a weekend.
Fun fact - Herman Knippenberg lives in NZ now.
Cobra Kai, now into season 3. I want to look away, but I cannot. It has moments where it's great, moments that are totally cringey. It feels like half the writing team are writing the scripts on a type writer blind folded.
Brooklyn 99 Season 7. Still makes me LOL from time to time. I am enjoying it overall.
The Mire on Netflix. A Polish noir mystery thriller. Season two is The Mire '97.
Atmospheric and tense at times, a solid 8/10 for me.
I have started watching Schmigadoon! on Apple TV +
It's...odd. I'll continue for now, because I like the lead actor. It's quirky enough to keep me interested, while not quite good enough (yet) to hook me.

I've only watched the first couple of episodes and am enjoying it, as is my wife who dislikes Clarkson but concedes he is very funny in this.

Well - it hooked me.
It was rubbish. I hated it. I loved it. I hated it. I loved it!
I can't rate it. But I did finish it. Would I watch another season? Schmaybe...

Geektastic: Still bingeing The X Files all the way through.
Still great!
Season 4 episode 2 - incredibly creepy. Possibly my favourite non-alien episode.
The White Lotus - Finished Season One. Pretty interesting, quite funny at times, a little cringey at times, I will be interested to see what they do with season 2.

I expect this thread will get very busy given the lockdown.
Call My Agent (Netflix)
A French comedy set in a talent agency, quite enjoyable.
