Holy protection with 360 design
Sleep in heavenly peace

Silent Norton, holy Norton!
warez hacks nowhere in sight
script kiddies shaking with fear
Norton scans singing Alleluia!
Norton, the Savior is born
360, the Savior is born

Silent Norton, holy Norton
Norton 360, love's cleaning your drives
Radiant beams from Thy Norton interface
With 24/7 protection your PC is safe.
No need to be paranoid
No need to be paranoid.

Anyways what im running on the PC atm is Malewarebytes the full version and Comodo firewall, both appz are very good, but yea I wouldn't mind trying out Norton 360 family edition.  Im sure the days are long gone when Norton was commonly known as a system hogger.

@rubygirl your joking right? The Windows Security Alert is a fake online system scanners. Update your AVG and do a full scan.

freitasm:

The study also found that only one in 10 New Zealanders feel ‘very safe’ online, and 78 percent think that cybercriminals will not be brought to justice. And they’re not far wrong – of all cybercrime in New Zealand, 28 percent is never resolved and the average cost to resolve a crime is NZ$529.

I'm sorry but how on earth is 78% close to 28%.

Plus there is this great scam Symantec are running

"Symantec and AVG have been accused of misleading customers when it comes to how upgrades and licenses work, Which? has suggested.
When users sign up to improved Symantec or AVG anti-virus solutions before the license on their current version runs out, any time left on the license will not be passed onto the updated deal, an investigation by the campaigning group claimed." http://www.itpro.co.uk/629152/symantec-and-avg-upgrades-misleading-customers

Keeping it free, running Avast! AV 5.0 and Comodo Firewall 5.0. Great quality protection at a price that you can't beat.

I currently use Microsoft Security Essentials and I hate it. I don't like the simplicity of it, it makes me feel like I'm not doing enough to protect my computer. Before i finally gave in and got SE, I had been downloading each 90-day trial of Norton Internet Security as they became available, now i'm finished 2011 and I have to give in as Norton's a bit too expensy for me as a student, bloody good though.

I've recently completed a review of free parental control software for another site. As a result I changed over to Norton Safety Minder. The giveaway would add all the bells and whistles I don't yet have.

SurprisedWow what a GREAT Offer.Surprised

I am running Norton 360 (I think 2010) on my three laptops and just a cheap antivirus on my desktop because I could only afford a 3 user license, so only the main computers got NORTON. My subscription is due to run out in 17 days so this would be fabulous to be receiving.WinkLaughing

I swear by Norton 360 as it has always done what I have needed and has been so user friendly.Smile

I now have avast, which as far as I can tell is the best free antivirus software. I used to have Eset smart security and before that AVG but, I was having slow down problems, after reinstalling windows I decided to swap to Avast and Am now looking for a better paid for antivirus software, Norton seems to fit quite fine :P

Whats with all these prizes lately? I guess it really is christmas :).

I currently run AVG free edition. It seems to work fine for me, but i would prefer something more powerful. Also my Pc has been playing up abit lately so anything Norton can find AVG cant would be great :)

Cheers

DeadlyNZ: Oh gog NOOOOooooo

Do us all a favour and bin the bloody things

Symantic used to be good but now it's nothing but a bloated resource hog, that gives too many false positives, and I ALWAYS remove it from clients machines.  BEFORE they get hit by the insidious licensing system and the even more horrific credit card auto charge...

This is something you give to your enemies!!!!!!!!

SO WHY YOU WANNA GIVE EM TO US?????    LOL

Cause no one else wants it??  I use Nod32

I run several machines, three of which are Macs which I would like to protect better (I guess the 360 will not help there, could we offer the Norton Mac equiv. for a winner with Macs to protect??..

One laptop supplied by my employer which has Norton Internet Security which has been thus far reliable protection.

My other PC has been relatively neglected, it is sheltering under an AVG shield right now. It could really use a more comprehensive defence system.  The additional ability to assist my folks by protecting their PC with a best of breed solution would be nice.

..Always keen on a bit more protection..
