I'm not a fan of censoring my speech or comments and will quite happily used 'naughty' words when appropriate, but I cannot see how the expression "pissed off" is appropriate in a headline from a major newspaper if it's not a direct quote.
There must've been a few complaints along similar lines...

Having said that, back in a past life the Warehouse Manager talked to me about the applicants for a warehouse assistant job. One guy was an ex crim . "I just want a chance" John took him on. An excellent employee.
A trip to Paris for $15? I probably wouldn't have any regrets either. A short Ryan Air flight and I'd be where I actually wanted to go.
