I bought it from the shop. He told me it's 500w. He may be wrong.

The law is about the power output, not the motors maximum wattage rating. You can have a 1000W motor as long as the battery and controller are set up not to deliver more than 300W of power to it.

But I'm not sure how they'd be able to tell that. It's all a little complicated in practice, but 300W is the official limit.

Greta Claps Back After Trump's Lame Attempt To Troll Her On Twitter

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

Climate activist and Time Magazine's Person of the Year, Greta Thunberg, claimed the upper hand after the President's team made a sad attempt to drag her on Twitter.

Kinda sad that you think Greta came up with it herself.

Unsure how valid this will turn out to be, but it shows that climate change is an uphill battle.

OK, substantiation or retraction, please. What is your source for suggesting she didn't come up with it herself?

As long as businesses and individuals place their selfish short-term interests ahead of everyone's survival, this kind of thing will continue. People simply have to get the message that the problem is real and growing.

Yes, and who will be screaming loudest when we all get taxed an extra $30 a day to fix what gets broke each week?

But we can land on the moon 50 years ago with sh!te technology, and traverse outside of our solar system with probes, land on asteroids and comets. Worse still, we talk about terraforming Mars, what a crock!

Australians will be literally dying this summer because of the heat, as Scott Morrison continue to choose coal over renewables.

Australia ranked worst of 57 countries on climate change policy

Thinktank report deems Morrison government ‘an increasingly regressive force'

Guardian by Sarah Martin

ustralia is the worst-performing country on climate change policy, according to a new international ranking of 57 countries. The report also criticises the Morrison government for being a “regressive force” internationally.

The 2020 Climate Change Performance Index, prepared by a group of thinktanks comprising the NewClimate Institute, the Climate Action Network and Germanwatch, looks at national climate action across the categories of emissions, renewable energy, energy use and policy.

Across all four categories, Australia was ranked as the sixth-worst performing of the 57 countries assessed.

On the assessment of national and international climate policy, Australia is singled out as the worst-performing, with the report saying the re-elected Morrison government “has continued to worsen performance at both national and international levels.”

“Experts note that the new government is an increasingly regressive force in negotiations and has been criticised for its lack of ambition by several Pacific Island nations in the context of this year’s Pacific Island Forum,” the report says.

“The dismissal of recent IPCC reports, the government not attending the UN Climate Action Summit in September, and the withdrawal from funding the Green Climate Fund (GCF) underpin the overall very low performance in the climate policy category.”

Australia scored the lowest possible rating of 0.0...

You think we shouldn't fix what gets broke each week?

My point was to reduce emissions now, which will cost us all money and inconvenience, vs the extreme costs and inconvenience of living with climate change later. Prevention of it vs Adaption to it. Car analogy. We could maintain and improve our car now, or wait till its worn out, seized and rusted through, then pay through the nose to keep it running
