NZ Companies that do online shopping badly!
Do an Online order, pay via Paypal. (That is all they offer!)
2 Days later - order still ON HOLD.
Use contact details shown on Website. (A mobile)
Person who answers phone - has sold the business and will follow it up, promising reply.
Another day = goes by...nothing has changed, or reply.
Call again. Same result.
Now finally the "new" person has emailed to say:
They have received my order, but:
They do not accept Paypal....but I have already paid!
Extra Courier fees may apply.
Supply my address - but it's on the order!
Awaiting my reply re payment etc!
Sheesh......never had this trouble from overseas. But several NZ Companies have screwed up!
