(a), only?

Courier Post still has the other two at the AOC. Their delivery schedule for them is by end of business today.

All I can say is that if they can get two parcels from East Tamaki to here by 5pm then they better have a monk and a scriptorum ready to record it because it'll be a bibilical-scale miracle.

Can anyone explain this one? It's a parcel from one spot on the North Shore to another spot on the North Shore, it's been stuck at "Processing in Highbrook" for a month now. This doesn't seem to be the AOC which is reported as "East Tamaki", although that is in Highbrook too.

I've got a similar situation 4th & 7th processing in Highbrook, which is at the AOC. Hanging in courier backlog limbo most likely. Interesting that yours went from the North Shore, to the AOC, often this would stay on the North Shore.

It seems the five working days delay is getting stretched.

Ah. My item coming in from the United Kingdom is probably there right now too.

Maybe all our parcels could gather together mid-morning for socially distanced coffee? Looks like they'll be there for awhile.

Turns out despite my item being sent track and trace and signature required, NZ Post tell me it's going to be delivered like normal mail, ie, by the mailman, not a CourierPost driver.

Kinda defeats the purpose of requiring a signature, really!

Their retail products are confusing and its very easy to buy a post service when you think you're getting courier over the counter. We have hell with customers buying post and putting street address and then it gets delayed for a week as they redirect it to the PO Box.

This was an international item though, and it was sent from the United Kingdom as track and trace with a signature required, which is what concerns me.
Also looks like NZ Post has redesigned their website as of today. Tried using it and oh my God...slow much?

Good to see they're focusing all their energies on important things during the current situation.

It seems to vary at random, I've got saved links to older items that still get the previous style interface, but have also seen the unnecessarily flashy and, as you say, painfully slow new one. Or maybe they've rolled back when they saw how painful the new one was.

Seems like they've gone back to the older interface now. That new one was awful. Not only slow & buggy but hard to read.

Yep, the old one is much better, dunno why they bothered with the new one.

Also, still no sign of my parcel yet. I think I'm going to be waiting a while. Sigh.

Well, my CourierPost Delivery Driver must be one of their best. Things actually get delivered faster since he has been on the job than any of the previous Drivers we have had here.
