Three Girls on BBC iPlayer
Three-part drama based on the true stories of victims of grooming and sexual abuse in Rochdale UK. If you are a brit, you would possibly have seen the extensive media coverage a few years ago - especially the failure of various social services.

It's a classic example of what happens when the word 'racism' becomes enough to deter official investigations.

The Game.
BBC-made spy thriller set in the 70's. Very good. It's on Netflix.
We watched this back in January 2015. Then started watching again a few weeks back. I mentioned to my wife "I think I know how this ends..."
I always know. I check on the internet before I start!

the king of weird is back !

Toast of London on Netflix.
Hilarious.

Paula on IBBC Player.
3 episodes only, thriller/drama. If you like Broadchurch, Thin Blue Line then you'll like Paula.

Thin Blue Line was a comedy starring Rowan Atkinson...!

I'm probably a bit late to the party here however I just finished watching Season 1 of Sneaky Pete (Giovanni Ribisi, Bryan Cranston)
Definitely recommend it if you're fans of either of these 2 actors.
S02E01 of "Preacher".
Well, about twenty or so minutes of this... at which point its level of gore (which had thus far included the use of a human's intestine to syphon petrol, and a man's tongue being ripped out amongst many other similarly charming acts) got just too much for us.
I recall season one getting more and more gross as it went on, but it seems even more extreme this season. I guess there's an audience for it but it just doesn't include me. A pity, as I enjoyed much of the rest of the show.

I watched s02e01 and s02e02 last night. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Using intestines to siphon petrol was a little over the top, but at least it didn't actually show it.
EDIT: The level of gore is done in such a ridiculous and exaggerated fashion that I find it doesn't gross me out at all.
although it does appear the producers may be overcompensating a little in their response that s01 was a bit slow.
hope they don't run out of steam as there's 13 episodes this year compared to last year's 10.
Swift & Shift
An hilarious Australian comedy set in a courier depot. SWMBO and I were rolling around crying with laughter. Genius.

Jeez, that's an old one.
Paul Fenech also did a show about bogans with the same crew. "Housos".
You'll cringe. :D

ilovemusic: ^^^ agreed, it is a comic book after all.
