The designers of pump dispensers used for soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.

These products are used by people in wet environments, with wet hands. So what eejit thought that making the top of the pump spout that you depress convex and smooth rather than concave and textured was a good idea?

Combined with a narrow profile and small base, these pumps have a tendency to ping away under your wet fingers as you depress the convex, slippery top, falling into bath, basin, sink or onto the floor.

I use my arm above the wrist for those. For wall mounted ones I use my knuckles.

Posts that totally ignore the topic and the OP and just parrot the same thing that has been posted at least 100 times before.

I dislike posters that go OT, ignoring the OP and basically just say the same as others have said.

And Candy %#@$& Crush whatever. I don't want it, I never want it yet I have to remove the sodding thing over and over again. Windows update is what has pushed me now only have one Windows device for client reasons, I have Apple and Linux machines.

Fully agree. Games/ xbox /skype / 3d objects -- no right to self-install. I don't want disney magic kingdoms anywhere near my OS install.

The old windows minecraft / solitaire were fine - standalone exe's that did not access the internet nor consume resources when not open.   That new solitaire is atrocious.

Masks causing sunglasses to fog over.

That's because they are either the wrong size or not correctly fitted.

I have a bent nose and no matter what I do to correctly fit a mask, air still escapes upward into my glasses causing them to fog up. SO ANNOYING!

Mapping systems.

Somewhere, the information that underpins NZ's mapping has some errors and I cannot find out how to get such things corrected.

For example, oftentimes our current house address shows as "Ponatahi". In fact, Ponatahi is 25km from our house and by no stretch of the imagination is our house there. Never managed to get that fixed.

We are moving soon.

Official new address is (name changed but otherwise same) given as Lighthouse Hill Road.

Lighthouse Hill Road does not exist. On the ground, following the Council-erected signs, Lighthouse Road leads to Lighthouse Hill Drive (where the house is). I filed a correction with Google Maps but so far nothing changed. It shows the same on Apple Maps and on NZ Post. There is NO Lighthouse Hill Road!

Have you checked with LINZ? Note that council signs sometimes fail to use the official name. For example, I used to live in Harbour View Road. Some council usage showed this as Harbourview Road.

Agree, a small aircon unit with vents at the bottom of the glasses, solar panel on the head and the condenser in the top pocket should do the trick. I wipe my glasses constantly.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.
