It depends. You're allowed to tell Irish jokes, Polish jokes, Welsh jokes, Australian jokes, Newfie jokes, Russian jokes, .... . However if you tell an Asian joke or a black joke you need to be Asian or black.

No agenda
No clear call-outs on what inputs are required from who
No objectives/outputs
Immediate decline. It changes people's behaviour quite quickly.

I do the same with phonecalls. Really cuts down on the BS.

That the book I have been waiting on from the library (since 1902) finally got returned, and the library didn't even fine the inconsiderate person who returned it so late. It's taken so long to get back, I accidentally heard a spoiler for how it ended!
