Time flies!

You can’t - they move too eratically!

Asmodeus:

Mains plugs which are slightly too large for standard multiplug board spacing.

Likewise the USB power supplies that put the USB connector on the side of the wall-wart.

Top or bottom or away from the mains pins is so much more practical.

There’s a website I use for work multiple times a day that I have two logins for. Two different back ends depending on what user account I sign in to.

Both logins are saved in the browser but there must have been a recent update to Chrome that keeps offering the one login for the old back end by default instead of always offering the last used login.

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

Waiting for a new toy to arrive with the slowest shipping I've ever known. Apparently, now it will sit for 5-7 days in NZ for some unknown reason the courier company can't explain but can't/won't investigate.

Argh!

Having placed an order on release day at the release time for a pair of Boba Fett Shoes (a month ago), and getting that order cancelled today, needless to say pretty pi$$ed off as I really wanted those shoes

Inconsiderate prats who don't wash their hands after using the bathroom in public places like restaurants. If *you* wash your hands, you then go and touch the handle to leave defeating the entire purpose.

So gross.

Also lump in those who have phone calls while taking a dump on the loo 🤢

Netflix.

It says Star Trek Discovery S3E3 is available Oct 30.

Today is Oct 30.

Episode is not available to watch...

even though it has already aired in the US, and long ago enough for downloadable versions of it to be available.

Even though it has already aired in the US, they probably still mean Oct 30 ‘US time’. It’s still yesterday in the US - you probably just need to be patient.

I don't need to be patient.

I have NZ Netflix, they need to give NZ dates and not US ones if that is what they are doing.

That is how you manage customer expectations.
