60-90 % off now. Wow, no-one could have seen that coming!

The prices they have on their fittings is flat out ridiculous,
Masterton had a sticker on the till computer monitor. Not entirely sure how they'd get on if someone did want to buy it. Looked around 17", all beat up and scungy, so appropriately priced at $180...
Well if you are looking for a bargain, there is a 15" at the Karangahape Road store in Auckland for a mere $150. Nevermind that I purchased some 19" LCDs (that were newer than the 15") last month for under $50 each.
I did buy some more budget alkaline batteries that are almost at the pre-Christmas Sale prices, and a couple of multi-voltage power packs (the ones where you can change the voltage and the tips) at 80% off.

I noticed they're now saying 20% off Apple watches and iPad's - I wonder if they even have any left in stock?

I think Featherston St had two apple watches in stock yesterday but I didn't pay any attention to the models or pricing.
I have a Dick Smith Branded Q card, just received a new Q Card in the post advising with dick smith closing they wanted to send me a new card without the DSE branding, same card number and all.

I think they are both 42' stainless steel ones. One has black strap and one white from memory.
I'm sticking with my fitbit surge until they have an iwatch with more than a days battery

That's a pretty big watch.

which makes it all the more surprising they haven't managed to give it better battery life :)
Saw this on ChannelLife NZ yesterday. Written by their senior journalist Heather Wright.
'All of New Zealand’s Dick Smith stores will be closed by April 26, with another 53 Australian stores also closed by then.
Dick Smith receivers Ferrier Hodgson announced the dates for the store closures today, saying the 108 stores will be progressively closed over four days from April 23 to April 26.
All Dick Smith stores are expected to be closed by May 01 under the ‘controlled closure’ of the business.'
(A couple of Australian sites give a slightly different timetable saying April 30 for the NZ stores.)
Went into a Melbourne store today. Half the store roped off with fixtures and fittings behind and signs saying no entry unless shopping for fixtures with staff.
Probably 50% of the stock has been moved from it's ticketed location so didn't have a price at all. And with their website down you can't look it up online.

Went into the Queensgate store today since we had lunch the foodcourt anyway and just thought "why not?" Was pretty dire, most of the store is empty and inaccessible now. There was a large bin of random TV remotes for $3 each, presumably from display models. Weirdly all the glass cabinets are for sale for $400 without the keys which doesn't make any sense. They are still locked so they still have the keys so why would they not include them? They did have a handful of Ipods left at 20% off.

I also had a bite to eat to eat in the foodcourt and noticed (and I did count them) 18 Indians (or Fijian Indians) coming down the escalator with 1 small DSE bag between them.
I guess that sums it up for me ..... no more bargains left.
