Since there's been a few postings about the YouShop address format, I just want to confirm that as long as the suite number (or account number) is specified at least once in the address label, the parcel will be processed as normal by the warehouse. Problems arise when the suite number is missing and the parcel label only contains the customer name.

Remember - YouShop now has a feature called 'Claim Your Parcel' which lets customers locate missing parcels at the warehouse using the Merchant's tracking id. The feature can be found @ https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/youshop/app/help/claim-your-parcel

Hey guys. My package sent with YouShop just arrived today in NZ (Friday Afternoon). It is now in destination sort and I just got an email saying it has cleared customs and is being delivered by CourierPost.
Will I be able to receive the package on Saturday or Sunday? Or is there no delivery by CourierPost on weekends and I need to wait till Monday?

Generally they only do redeliveries on Saturday but on random occasions they will deliver other parcels.

It is most likely that your parcel will be delivered on Monday.

The only promotion available at the moment is a 10% discount for Westpac Debit Card holders.

I suspect that Youshop is a way cheaper way of getting DVDs and the like from Amazon  as I ordered a DVD last week from Amazon and they wanted to charge me NZ$28 for shipping.  Redirected the order to Youshop who charged me NZD$17.25

I've used Youshop a few times lately and almost every time the package has been opened at the warehouse. There is nothing unusual about my packages e.g. a case for a Surface Pro 2, a copy of Office 2010 (boxed retail), a Hauppauge USB PVR2 tuner device.

I have declared them to the best of my ability based on the dropdown lists on Youshop.

Anybody else has had this happen to them?

Thats a good thing IMO, no point shipping broken or incorrect items across the world. Not like I'm going to be buying anything dodgey from there.

Looks like our parcels arrived at the same time. I also received 2 parcels today (to my work in the Hamilton CBD) with shipping date of 11.9.14

Pretty speedy if you ask me.

Although slightly bemused at the prices charged for each. The parcels were each sent by the US sender in identical USPS parcel boxes.

I bought them separately 2 days apart from the same seller. I waited for the second one to get to YouShop before paying postage for both.

Here's where it gets interesting. The first one was repackaged and went from $55.00 shipping to $26.00 . Oh nice! I don't mind that.

The second parcel arrives and it doesn't get repackaged. It costs $55.00 hmmm.

Anyway i pay for both with the $6.00 discount so I pay $75.00.

I get them and have a look. Both still weigh the same, and are in their original USPS boxes. One is wrapped in a black plastic, and the other in a thick cardboardy type paper.

Any ideas??

It sounds like both parcels should've been re-packed. Can you please contact NZ Post Customer Support so they can investigate why the warehouse only re-packed one parcel.
