The tracking of two parcels haven't been updated since sending.. One has arrived and it still says in transit, and the other has it's last update as leaving the country on the 2nd, and was supposed to arrive on the 16th.

What is the tracking issue going on? Are things just not updating properly?

I've got a parcel that has cleared customs NZ, and a link in the email says click here to change the delivery address or name for this parcel. Clicking on the link brings up the details of the parcel but no where to make changes for that specific parcel. The only changes to make are to the default addresses. So I'm assuming making changes to the default delivery addresses automatically affects the parcel in transit? It's not very clear at all.

Did you try changing your address after the 6pm cut-off? If so, the link to change your address is hidden after the cut-off time.

We acknowledge the copy in the YouShop transaction emails could be improved and this is planned for 2015.

That's the thing, the email doesn't tell you about the 6pm cutoff time. Be great if you could add that wording to the email in the future

I did fire off an email to Youshop, however it hasn't been actioned yet, and the parcel was delivered to the original address which is still fine.

Does anyone know how long I can wait to pay for a parcel? I am expecting 2 more parcels so would like to pay for all 3 at once to get the multi-parcel discount. The 2nd parcel is due next tuesday and im not sure about the other one. The first one arrived on the 21/11.

I used it on the 15th and it worked, when I entered it on my current parcel it says "you have already used this code".

Have a friend who just signed up for Youshop. Am I right that the only current discount codes regardless new customers or not, are the Black Friday one, Blackfri235 15% expiring on the 15th, the YSLap25 one expiring tomorrow. Both these are single use. And the Westpacdebit only for people with Westpac Debit Mastercard and 10%, expiring end of year but multiple use.
