Hi does anyone know about setting up a shared internet connection for the diffrent tenants? I have rang a ISP and they said the account holder will bear the responsibility but you can set up parental controls on the router but still .... There are hotels, student hostels etc. How do they do it?
I'd be inclined to just provide it with little control as well.
I say put them on an unlimited plan, keep an eye on your letterbox and be done with it.
As for adult material, are you going to implement a 'no overnight guests' rule as well? If so that's fine, but even then remember people will most likely get around these filters if they really want to.
