Hi All

Would my car below be illegally parked?

We have been parking like this for over a year and never had trouble with tickets until recently

I'd say yes. You're blocking the footpath.

Think disabled people in wheelchairs, Moms with strollers, old people with walkers...

You're parked on the footpath. That's not permitted, and I don't see how you could dispute that one.
