I found this lying on the road during my ride to work this morning. Can anyone shed some light on what it is?

Thanks for clearing that up.....but, erm.....what does it do?


You clamp it to edge of a board into which you want to drill perfectly perpendicular holes for dowels and it guides your drill bit.
