A friend has an idea for a product she wants to sell. Its some sort of mysterious (she explained it to me, still makes no sense) feminine liquid that is sold in a 30ml glass bottle with an eye dropper, packaged in a dinky box with a ribbon.

She has done the research and looks like it'll have a reasonable chance at success. She already has the product, the bottles and the branding.

But she doesn't have a snazzy branded label for the bottles and little boxes. She seems to have a good grasp of the financials and the product - but she is clearly unable to grasp the printing ability of my nasty $50 Canon printer, which she assumed would be able to produce something professional.

I've been googling this morning and it seems this will be a case where she'll need to speak to several printers and get quotes and such. I'm not sure this even needs to be local at all. I did look at a few local Dunedin print shops online and they are all just as vague as any other.

Can anyone recommend one to get her started chatting too? She's looking to do a test run of 100 or so. So initially she needs 200 labels (100 for the bottles and 100 for the little boxes) - she already has the image in a multitude of digital formats etc. She is really looking for bang for buck initially I think, she's got a modest budget for the test run. I think I remember a bloke on here posting that did print work (maybe a signature), my searching failed to reveal who that was though.
