So are we expecting delays on items being shipped from China? I’m assuming yes? I have an order saying ‘dispatch from sorting centre’ in Shenzhen but I ain’t hopeful.

Didn't the PM ask people not to buy things from overseas at the moment, due to the extra load it puts on delivery workers?

I heard it too at one of the mrdia events, but not sure if the media actually published it anywhere, unless it is in a transcript. 

 

 

 

However as per this article below the Covid-19 website advised people to only courier items that were "essential to the provision of the necessities of life."

 

It said adding "additional pressure and burden to that service may impact on society's wider ability to get through this period, and to stop the virus in its tracks."
