New Zealand Technology Group and Engage Technology have resolved all actions against each other in all jurisdictions.

Engage Technology will be continuing to serve Taylor Communications and Waspnet customers under the merged brand Gecko Broadband. 
Engage Technology will be continuing to serve home and small business IT customers nationally under the Need-A-Nerd brand in cooperation with its regional franchisees.
