With the recent "issues" that TelstraClear (cable) is having I'm thinking it's time to give ADSL another go, but don't want to commit myself to a contract in case it really just doesn't work out well enough (principally, the A in ADSL). I'd want to run both cable and ADSL for a month before deciding which way to stay.
Apart from Orcon, who I see in the Geekzone forums is also having a few problems at the moment, are there any other ADSL ISP's which don't tie you into a contract period, or at least a no-penalty trial period. I don't want hardware, and I don't mind paying more for no-contract.
