If you had any balls, you would have met me while I was in Haryana. The invitation was for everyone, and many people took advantage of the opportunity, including one person who came from 200km out of Delhi. And yes, there is physical evidence of it.

As for the things in NZ, I'm sure if Mauricio wants to verify with any of the people I've been talking to about getting infrastructure up and running he can do just that - I'll be happy to send him the email addresses and/or phone numbers of those people.

Contrary to your statements, Hayai is also registered with the NZ companies registrar, and in India I have mentioned to the TT editors that if they wish to have verification that all of our papers are in order then I will be releasing all relevant paperwork to cure all doubts when we are ready to launch (around Diwali), and not a day sooner (because there are some parts of the paperwork that are not 100% completed yet).

Personally, I think this is a personal vendetta coming from someone who doesn't like being told when he is wrong, as I have often pointed out inaccuracies in some of your "articles".

If anyone else has a problem, they're more than welcome to contact me directly - 0800 000 807, extension 757 (which will come to my cellphone... if, in the next 48-hours or so you try to call and it is turned off, the reason will be that I am in transit from Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur, as I am speaking at Broadband World Forum http://www.broadbandworldforum.com/asia/conference_-and-_partners/speakers/2011_speakers).

At this time, it is likely I will be back in Delhi around 23rd of May until 4th of June as there is the FTTH council and a consultation with the DoT, TRAI and various providers happening, and Anurag is invited to meet me face to face at that time.

In the meantime, perhaps instead of calling me a liar and a fake (with only your mere speculation and not any actual evidence or verification of the same) and everything else online you should have met me face to face so that we can sort out our differences, and I can show you physical evidence of the things that are happening, and if you're not keen to be proven wrong then may I kindly request you to stop spreading FUD about things you clearly know sweet stuff all about.

This is probably my last reply to MG..

1.You claim to have Class A ISP licence. (here)

2.You seem to still missing on paper work. (here & here)

3.From 1 & 2 - it seems licence is still pending (along with company name registration).

4.You start announcing yourself as "ISP operating India" (here)

This all is enough for me (and others who have mind) to believe you are all fake in claims. You make too much stuff up, and at the end you have no real solid evidence other then shouting.

Your blog post about TT & me with highly abusive words is high objectionable.

I have many NZ based friends, and I have never seen any abusive person like you. :(

@everyone here - I am sorry for just irritating everyone. I know MG will pass again reply exciting me to reply and carry on discussion endlessly for just no reason. If by any even 0.0001% chance he is real - he should better focus on his work, rather then just carrying useless fights/abusive comments.

1. We were to be piggybacking on the HNS license. This is now no longer the case due to a human factor (the concerned person is gone from that company)
2. Paperwork is now solved as of today.
3. We have applied for a new license of our own as a result of 1 & 2.
4. So? You announce yourself as a "journalist" and you refuse to publish comments of anyone whose opinion differs to yours. Your articles contain far more false information than anything I've ever posted - from pricing to technology issues. The simple fact is, I *AM* involved in starting an FTTH ISP in both countries and if you don't like it, this is your problem. At least I'm giving something that I consider worthwhile a go, rather than sitting around criticizing what other people are doing.

If you promise not to reply to me any more, then perhaps you should be completely quiet when it comes to Hayai and just wait to see a result - either it will be a spectacular success or a spectacular failure. Either way, it doesn't affect you in any way whatsoever and you have no right to attack me personally, and as far as being "abusive" and using objectionable language on my personal blog, this is my decision.

If you don't like it, don't read it. If other people decide not to take our product because I tell people in a straight foward way what I think of them, then this is their problem. Why should I sugar-coat my words for you? Am I not allowed to get annoyed at college kids who seem to think they're exposing the equivalent of a Rs50,000 cr scam based on speculation?

The fact is that just because YOU haven't seen any evidence of it's existence, this does not mean it does not exist. If you don't like Hayai, you don't like Hayai. If you don't like me, you don't like me. I don't care either way.

If you don't want to buy what we're going to be selling, then don't buy it. Until that time, it's better for you to stay quiet and just see what happens. Until I've asked you for money for a product which then turns out not to exist, it's NOT a scam. It's that simple.

We have what we have, we're doing what we're doing and there is only one person that I am answerable to - myself. Not you. Not anyone on GZ. Not anyone on TT. not anyone on IBF.

If you have something of actual value to contribute, then please do so, but unfortunately you've written articles with incorrect prices and explanations, so I feel that your knowledge of the ISP world is even more limited than my own. At least Tim and others had plenty of valuable things to contribute, so their criticism I can appreciate. Yours... not so much.

By which you mean "weak". Which details should I provide, exactly?

And yes, I probably could have expressed myself differently, but this guy is beyond being on my nerves for writing things that are factually inaccurate (and not even things to do with Hayai, just his articles in general).

Still can't find you (either your name, or your companies) in APNIC, mgcarley.

Any real ISP about to launch would have applied for space a long time ago. Why don't you have any? People are getting space all the time, look at how quickly the last big blocks of remaining space were used up.
You mention APNIC won't give you space because you can't show you require it. That's not how they work. If you can show them incorporation papers, purchase orders for hardware etc they would have happily allocated space, assuming you're a paid up member. It'll be a bit harder now they're out of space, however.

I know of no other ISP CEO that has the time to reply on forums about detailed aspects of their operations. I haven't seen Allan Freeth on here recently discussing people they're partnering with.

You mention in another post your trial couldn't continue legally. Why not? What sort of legal things is extending a trial going to breach?

I'd love to meet you to discuss this. When are you in Auckland next?

We were never going to use IPv4, except for very basic translation between v6 and v4 address space.
