We may use traffic prioritisation policies at any time to improve performance for the majority of users on the network...
Other Information > Fair use
As part of our Terms And Conditions, Unlimited Internet has a fair use policy designed to stop a small proportion of users unfairly burdening the network for most other users through what we would consider 'extreme' usage. In these rare cases, we will temporarily slow the connections of the extreme users to ensure overall network stability.
Fair use policys protect the ISP when people do hammer them..
At their pricepoint, i could see this being even more important.
It also protects the other customers of the ISP.
