I am on Telecom's ADSL broadband connection and moving to Vodafone Cable.

Vodafone is currently out of stock for their routers but they can provide me with a cable modem.
I was wondering if I can use my Telecom Router(TG582n) with Vodafone Cable modem?

Thanks in advance.

No

That router doesn't have a wan ethernet port.

So you will need a router that has a ethernet port for wan.
