Currently I'm with Telecom on a 100 Mbps plan and my contract has expired last month.I'm looking to move onto another ISP because after this December Telecom will hike my broadband price. 

Is there any website where I can find available service providers ?

Secondly are there any service interruption when you move from one ISP to another.

The list that Steve Biddle refers to is a map on the Chorus website.

It is in the Getting UFB section.

Click on the region of the map that you are interested in.

In the case of Lower Hutt select Wellington. (Currently 14 RSPs to choose from).
