Ok UFB is available in our address, we are the second apartment in. Its garaging under the apartments. How would they run fibre to our apartment? Its all concrete, tiles, brick, mortar etc etc.

Is it possible?

worry about getting internet sorted, so get ADSL/VDSL first then worry about UFB, at least you will have some broadband.

i imagine getting UFB wont be a quick process for you.
