Hi,

I was wondering if those with experience could recommend a brand/make/model of DSL Master Filter (aka Splitter) for a VDSL 2 connection, and where to buy it from.

I am comfortable wiring it myself but not sure if the ones on Trade Me are any good.  The house internal wiring is already CAT5e for phone line from the demark and I will be wiring the Master Filter in about 2m from the demark.

I have read sbiddles post as well http://www.geekzone.co.nz/sbiddle/8357

I have not decided which ISP I will move to yet (currently Flip using ADSL2+), but with Flip's terrible customer service I can tell you I won't be staying with them.  Planning to get a ZyXEL P870 VDSL2 modem as I want something that can just bridge the VDSL connection to my firewall, no smart stuff.

Cheers,

MC
