Does anyone know the process to have Chorus and Vodafone networks removedfrom my residence?

Lot's of incorrect info in this thread from a Chorus perspective.

 

1) Chorus own the Lead in and line up to the Demarc on your property (either ETP or first jackpoint).  For Fibre it's up to and including the ONT.

 

2) You shouldn't move/remove it as you don't own it.

 

3) 0800 4 NETWORK (Opt 2 or 4 - Network Damage) is generally for issues outside your property.  If the damage is on your property, or affecting your own service, you should call your Retail Service Provider and log a fault.

 

4) For "Network Move" call 0800 4 NETWORK (0800 463 896) - Option 3 and Chorus will move/remove your service.
