Hey guys, I'm looking for a miniITX motherboard with an HDMI and VGA or DVI-I port but haven't been able to find any in stock. I know I could use a dongle, but that would be another point of failure in an already hard to troubleshoot business environment. Of course, if there isn't one we may just have to use a dongle. Does anybody know of a place for these types of motherboards?

Thanks.

VGA on anything current is problematic since the chipsets are dropping support for it so it needs more hardware onboard.

Recent work HP machine has a displayport where there was obviously supposed to be a VGA in the metalwork of the case, so total of 3 onboard displayports now. Nice indeed.

I was looking at the Intel i7 7700 with the LGA1151 socket.

Socket type required would be nice.

Aha! The PP link looks like it! Ascent one is a micro ATX. Thanks!

Edit: And I was just in the middle of typing out my socket. :-)

What is the use case that you're connecting an old display to a newish computer?

It's actually for the Raritan KVMs that OSB use in some of their older OB trucks. So we can see our graphics PC.

Either of the two pp links you sent should support this CPU right? What would the Chipset Type affect?
