Not sure I have the room for it (or the power feeds!)

but if anyone is interested there is a "nVIDIA DGX H100 Super Computer System" up for auction via Number 8 bid

-> https://www.number8.bid/auction/1747/item/nvidia-dgx-h100-super-computer-system-169023

Fantastic way to toast bread in the morning!

I very nearly posted this here. I asked my wife but she said the power bill would be too high. And that it wouldn't fit in our apartment.

She's pretty picky I tell ya

would need to do a bit of maths to confirm the various other costs involved. Its the possible license requirements that would directly concern me.

Currently listed at ~$11k. Has GZ ever pulled off a syndicate buy ?

8× NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs (total 640 GB HBM3 memory)

I wonder if those are on distinct standard cards.

If they are then the bidding could go a lot higher.

I think the system is rather "standard" form factor wise using SXM. So any third party server could run one if they have SXM

I will bid on it into 6 figures. No need for the racks, PDUs, UPS etc. though.

The specs don't look that great for a machine built in 20023.
