I have decided to just replace the monitors that I have cause one of them has a problem and I prefer to have them be identical.

What I am looking for is

1 or 2ms
1920 x 1080 minimum
24" minimum
VERY solid base, as in the monitor does not move or shake unless I move it or shake it.
DVI x1
HDMI x1
Do not need built in speakers (but ok if it has them)
Do not need built in USB (but ok if it has them)
Small/Thin bezel if possible (not essential)

I am willing to look at 7-8ms if the screen is IPS

I know what I want but rather than spending hours searching for it thought I would ask if anyone has brought one lately or could recommend one.

Paradox187: Ruphus option looks ok but the reviews for that model were not so favourable due to screen glare (which would be a issue for me)

Any other suggestions?

I have the 27" version of this:

Almost complete lack of any glare is the main reason I got it.  It's the best monitor I have seen for suppressing glare, and the build quality is also extremely good.  Note also the 3-year onsite warranty!
