Anyone else have this problem? Everything syncs fine but when it loops back around to go through conflicts, Activesync just hangs at #1 on the Calendar and doesn't budge. Never happened with the previous version, but 3.8 did cure a problem I was having and don't want to roll back.

I had this kind of problem before with another model, when going through tasks.

Two things: it seemed to be related to slower connections, and a soft reset sometimes fixed it.

As for the slower connections, I usually do ActiveSync over Bluetooth, and my h4150 would show this problem when going through Tasks. Disconnecting and connecting via cradle would always solve the problem. Sometimes a soft reset alone would do it.

If you are already using the USB cradle, I recommend a soft reset before the next ActiveSync (if you haven't done so). This will terminate all programs freeing up some memory - could it be a lack of memory problem?

If you're connected through USB, make sure you're not using a USB HUB. Also, open the System aplet in the Control Panel on your computer go to the Device Manager and check the Power Management in all USB devices is OFF.

Thanks for the suggestions. No lack of memory, connected through a usb sync cable (can't find my cradle), have done a soft reset and a reboot of my machine before syncing and it just hangs every time in the same place.
