Has EB Games indicated when the second shipment will be in?

Still deciding whether I should go with the trade-in at EB or use my voucher at JB, although annoyingly JB only allows split payments with gift cards if you use PayPal for some reason.

I’d suggest not prevaricating too long - he who hesitates is lost. Who knows how long you could end up waiting once the first shipment has gone.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

I don't believe this.  It was literally a website fault where the dropdown menu just didn't even appear.  Site wasn't overloaded, no errors etc.  I got to that screen literally within 10 seconds of pre orders opening.

Yeah I'm not sold either. Better not happen again at 11am.

I would suggest logging in, and, updating and saving the address before the time the orders are open. Then, it is in your saved address and you are not reliant on the suburb lookup not going down.

They still required Suburb lookup for Credit Card Billing address - So that method wouldn't have worked.

I've got one ordered for Click and Collect, however i noticed in the email, it says not till December 2020, so i know for sure they messed something up big time.

This morning, when I ordered one for pickup with the credit card, I don't remember having to select a suburb at all. I Just selected the previously saved address and checked out.

My memory could be faulty though as I wasn't paying too much attention, just trying to get through the process fast. EB games Australia sent out a guide that I can't find. They said to save the address beforehand,  not to refresh the page, just wait for the timer to expire and add to cart and checkout (from memory).

The EB Games address thing was just a pain; I couldn't get it to work despite having my address in teh system.. didn't allow me to select the suburb and no drop down box came up... couldn't complete that way...

Looks like they are also acknowledging that there were issues as well with this now on Facebook.

"Work is being done in the background to make this an awesome experience for all of our customers, please check back with us closer to 3pm! Please note that stock is limited so get in quick!"

I hate to think how limited this supply will be.

Are they not even going to say when this batch is due in? Just keeping it "Due 2020"? Really?

Oh okay - I was being asked for a Credit Card Billing Address and Suburb, which was causing issues, even though i was opting for Click & Collect.

Well that was just nuts. Experienced the same issue with the suburb field, which seems to be a lookup field. After clicking on and off of the field a few times it finally showed the options.

So much for it was sold out last time when it happened.

Well, my order finally went through, but to make up for the last time, I see it went through twice!

The tip about entering the post code for suburb was spot on, thanks whoever that was.
