I know several users have got the Go Plus device now, so I am wondering if anyone else is seeing the issue.

The Plus is designed to disconnect every hour and so on the hour it will vibrate and pulse red; looking at the phone it looks like it is still connected (icon in the game is still lit), but if you ignore the red pulse continues. At this point I manually disconnect using one of the three methods (Android notification area, clicking on the in game icon or closing the app).

When I go to reconnect, this is where the issue starts - it looks like it is connecting, then the app says it is closing (but doesn't) and then the Plus device will never connect. At this point I have to remove the connection to the Plus in the game, close the game, unpair the device with the phone, turn off Bluetooth, reboot the phone, turn on bluetooth and reconnect the Plus to the game. This takes considerable time and effort.

What's worse is when this happens without the hour being up, in this instance it just stops working without any notification
The game again shows that the Plus is connected but yet will not detect the PokeStops I have around at work.

This trouble started with the game update for Halloween, and now I can't roll back

Android 7.0; Nexus 5X

I've only had my PoGo+ for a week, but I also have noticed that it seems to disconnect every hour (why?)

Usually I can just tap the in-game icon and it reconnects, but sometimes I have to turn bluetooth off and then back on to get it to work. I have never had to reboot the phone to make it work.

Have you tried using the reset function on the PoGoPlus? Hold the button down for 5 seconds until the light turns solid blue, then hold it down again for five more seconds until it buzzes. This unpairs it and resets it - might save having to reboot the phone.

I do this every time as well (forgot to list it in the steps)
I asked over at The Sliph Road (Reddit) if anyone else has similar issue and people are - based on this, it feels like a server side issue as so many people can't ALL have the same (but not always exact) issue over different makes/models of phones

I had another new issue over lunch - the Plus icon over a PokeStop would get stuck, which would force me to close the game and then repeat all of my connection steps.
Happened twice in very quick succession

Also at lunch I got the low battery icon for the Plus, less than 36 hours after changing the battery
Thankfully with the many restarts I was doing the symbol did go away and hasn't come back since

Few big changes over the last few days, the biggest being CP changes of all Pokemon
Some got huge increases in their stats, while some got huge decreases
(Glad that I held off powering up anything now, some of what I was planning on adding value to got hit with decreases)

If your bag is full, then you can no longer get XP when you spin the stop, but on the other hand you can re-spin once your bag has room
(This change annoys as I get the majority of my XP from spinning stops via the Plus and I have a very good system for bag management)

There is another event starting the 23rd to the 30th (midnight UTC) - double XP and stardust

Yes, my 100 IV Flareon jumped right to the top of my CP list which was kind of awesome. I did waste quite a bit of stardust experimenting on what would power up or down before the change suddenly applied itself to my entire collection, but looks like there will be plenty of opportunity to build that back up in the coming week. I wish they'd do double pokestop drops as well. Not sure if it's a hangover from the daily challenges event, but they feel like they're extra stingy now.

Rumour has it that Gen2 is coming on December 7 (not sure how legit that date is) and the code for Ditto is now in the game. No word on whether it's currently active, but if you see a Pokemon with a spotlight effect around it, you could be in luck :)

I wondered about that this morning.  Some stuff moved around in the list which was weird.  Glad it wasn't just a glitch on mine.

Thankfully it seems more things went up than down. Eevees lost CP but their evolutions gained it. I had a couple of Pokemon go up by 400+

Reports flowing in that Ditto is now in the game - catch a Pidgey/Rattata etc and it may just transform into a Ditto
When using in a gym, it copies the opponent's Pokemon

Thanksgiving double XP/stardust event is also now live

Have people actually caught ditto? Now I'm going to have to start catching everything again.

Yes just got Ditto 5 mins ago in Newmarket so can confirm he is in game.

Caught a low Zubat, got a blue/purple screen with "Oh?" similar to egg hatching and there he is!

Haven't tried him at Gym yet but online feedback says he transforms into opposing Pokémon - taking a hit as he does so.

Much harder to ignore low level Pokemons now.

Got one off a Zubat in Upper Hutt just now.  Thanks for the headsup.  :-)

My lunchtime walk and two lures have not yet been helpful in obtaining a Ditto
