I have a i5 2500k , ati 6970 and 4gig of ram. Running two SSD(dont need upgrading) on windows 10

 

I played rust last night and my 6970 was running on full fan making a huge noise annoying the wife. 

 

 

 

Any recommendations. Budget 1350.

 

Just after cpu/mb/ram/gpu
