Partner bought me a Xbox One S for Christmas, thing is I'm a PC gamer and am keen for the more powerful Xbox One X, problem is it's a bit steep in price. Anyone getting it and know of any pending specials on said console?

Also as a side note looking for a good TV for the console any recommendations? looking for 42 / 50 inch please (bad eye sight)

I’m thinking about picking up one after Christmas, but no idea about any deals. My guess is that there wouldn’t be any really significant discounts, given it was only released a month or so back.

Sadly yeah I think so as well. Maybe I can trade in my Xbox One S next year when they are cheaper.

Saw this TV which I think is pretty good:

This is my second option:

It's now a battle of features vs brand, I don't like the 50Hz on the Sony though.

I don't have one. But 'State of Decay 2' looks excellent. I'm quite open to the idea of there being a great team-based horror game, as RE5 and all that are horrible horror titles. RE5 is essentially an action game, with a primary RE veteran in it, and lots of creepy people that do bad things, but it still ain't a true horror game like RE2 is.
