I've seen a few people here have problems with virtual servers/port forwarding on the NetComm NF4V router but haven't found anything that helps me.

I'm on BigPipe but I don't think that's relevant (or is it?). I don't have a fixed IP address (but thinking about it) though, again, that shouldn't matter in this case. If I add a virtual server entry, canyouseeme.com can't see the port is open. I've noticed that entries are added automatically (e.g. when Skype starts) but even those port don't appear to be open (though Skype works fine). I've tried re-booting the router.

I was wondering if I need to do more than just add a virtual server entry, for the port forwarding to work (I've also tried getting to the port from another external network, without success), though, as I say, Skype works fine, even though I can't see those Skype ports open.

One odd thing I noticed (though it's probably odd due to my limited knowledge) is that the IP address noted by canyouseeme.com (and other similar sites) is not the same as the IPv4 address shown in the Device Info/WAN section of the router, though that one also doesn't work. I've also just tried pinging the external address(es) from another network and don't get a response.
