Hey all,

I am wondering what is needed to setup the AY12, we upgraded from the ANT-205 external antenna to the AY12. I have plugged the antenna into the Huawei B525s. With the AY12 we were getting low 4G and were told by FarmsideNZ that upgrading to the AY12 would get solid 4g. However now that I switched there is no service whatsoever, cellutronics Wanaka said we wouldn't need any other pieces of kit so I feel I've just done it wrong. Anyone know how the correct setup is done, or if there's another thing I need?

Thanks,

Hamish

Spyware:

ANT-205 is wideband and would also receive band 3 LTE (1800 MHz). What is your approximate location?? AY-12 is a band 28, 700 MHz, antenna.

Thanks, I'm in Marlborough High Country,

I got the antenna working, the people at cellutronics gave us the wrong information to try get us to pay for an installer to come out.

For those wondering BOTH ANTENNA HAVE TO BE VERTICAL

Thanks guys,

Hamish
