Please help with my Wifi speed.

Spark Gigabit connection. Standard 659b router/modem (wifi disabled). Wired connection (port 2) to Ubiquiti WAP AC LR, setup 1 primary SSID, plus 3 guest SSIDs.

Speedtest (on Android phone and Ipads on 2 and 5 freqs) showing speed of less than 100Mbps (upload and download).

What setting did I missed or set wrongly?
