My old laptop (windows 10 pro) can access any site you throw at it.

 

Bought a new Dell laptop (windows 10 home) and it cannot access some sites.

 

I'm confused.

Uninstall any 3rd party firewall or AV software that has come pre-installed on the laptop and then try again.
