Looks like your ipods incompatible with the world mate. Better return it fast and say that "they said it would work with windows 95 but it doesnt and im offended". Lol. Oh and unless you have itunes installed then it wont work. Oh and you could convert all your music but why should you. Every Decent mp3player will work with nearly all music formats.

You can import WMA (non-DRM) into iTunes and it will convert to the right format to put on iPod Touch (it is not "itouch").

JUST MAKE SURE you set up the format that you want iTunes to convert to first. This is in the preferences/settings "import" tab. By default it is in AAC, but I recommend the setting be MP3 so at least you'll have an open-format for any future device change, for any reason.

Also, just be aware that when you have imported into iTunes, it will copy to iTunes music storage folder (which you can change the location too). By default it is in "My Music > itunes".

Another thing to look at, when WMA is converted and imported into iTunes, by default, the iTunes sorts the songs by artist. I am not sure if it is now also translate the album artist into the properties or not. When you use coverflow to view your albums, you'll find it is listing albums by artist of the song.... if this is the case, select/highlight the songs of the same album and do "Get Info" and change the "Album Artist" to one/same value, then this will sort the coverflow multiple albums issue.
