I have a first gen unit and I got the privacy statement and then had to login. Looks OK with Mainland China and English.

I get the 'Main brush is blocked' error frequently but on investigation find no problem. Do others see this issue?

No brush errors here. Not an awful amount of use yet, though.

I have had mine for a few months now and I have never had that error message.

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

I've had it several times and there's no blockage.

@gbwelly I get this error occasionally but it's always because the brush is blocked.

Mine finally arrived today just after 4 weeks, and some sub par communications, with DSE, very happy with it for the money, does a much better job than I expected after the first run, firmware took a little while to update, almost thought it had frozen, but it was all good. Certainly makes you aware of what you have lying around your floor you might have just been ignoring, so good excuse for tidying up some cables, its snagged a couple i didn't see at first, but nothing harmful.

Still waiting on my order from dse.

They promised me a $20 voucher two weeks ago. Still waiting on that too. Emailed about it two weeks ago and again yesterday and both times they say sorry we will raise with a senior member then the senior member days they will get the csr team to do it then it goes back to jnr support who raise it with senior again. They seem like real Muppets.

Would not recommend the new dse based on my experience this far.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered on May 7th and since then I've been told:

- My order has been delayed due to circumstances beyond our control

- I was offered a $15 voucher for my troubles (I never received the voucher)

- My order of a Figure 8 cable has been delayed (I didn't order a figure 8 cable, I ordered a vacuum)

- My order will definitely be shipped on June 12th (it hasn't shipped)

This is the last time I order with DSE.  Worst experience I've had in years.

I was getting the figure of 8 cord is delayed emails too, I think they bundle the vacuum with an NZ powercord.

Ordered via Dick Smith on Trade Me on 9 May, still don't know when it will ship even though I've been promised two previous dates. Yesterday afternoon I lodged a dispute with Trade Me.

Certainly would never buy off them again. Kicked myself that I didn't spend $40 more at Parallel Imported before their price went up massively.

Where do people buy the brushes and filters etc for these units? Care to share a link? If shipping is slow I'd like to order some consumables well in advance from needing them...

Still waiting on my robot from dse, however i did final get the sorry $20 voucher. Might buy a Chromecast audio with it.

Does dse shop the products with a us -nz plug adapter? Or do they have nz plug?
