Yeah. I'm a little concerned about that. But thats what warranties are for.

My first Macbook Pro had to be replaced two times before I got one which didn't have any dead pixels on the screen. My second MBP was perfect (either that or the Retina display is masking any deficiencies (or I'm too scared to look too closely))

Will do. I'm going to the one out at Westgate, West Auckland. That way I also have Noel Leeming, Dick Smith and The Warehouse to check out too :-)

I tried doing the 'Click and Collect' thing on their website, but all local stores showed they had none available (for the 32GB wifi model we want). Hope you have better luck!

Cool the click and collect from DSE works for the 16GB wifi silver model. Picking up from Silvia park at 9am.

Both Yoobee at CHCH have stock, there was no line.
However they do not have any 3g models except for White 32GB Wifi + 3G.
Bought a 16gb Space Gray, cant justify spending $150 for another 16gb or spending $200 for 3G personally

Picked up 2 x16 Gb one wifi one with cell from DSE Silvia park. Guy said they had 5 of each in stock minus mine. Had to wait for fire to be put out first though!

So I went to Noel Leeming and they had a space gray on display. Had a play with it loved it more then the silver.
Came back to yoobee then they told me they have gray and it just arrived.

haha I was the first person, white ipad air and black smart case. Wanted grey but they only had white at the time. Its currently sitting at work but can't play with it :(

JB Hi Fi (Westgate) only had 16GB models in stock (not sure if they had wifi & 3G). Dick Smith (also Westgate) had no stock, and said it looks like only the larger stores were getting stock today. Noel Leeming Westgate confirmed they were selling it today with stock arriving at an unknown time.

I went out to Noel Leeming Lincoln Road who initially had the same story, but the truck was being unloaded as I was there. Net result: I was the first customer to purchase one (32 GB WiFi Space Grey). :-)

So my advice would be to ring, or pop into, your local Noel Leeming store if you want anything other than the 16GB model.
