bonkiebonks: Vodafone sent me an email with a tracking number already! Awesome! Can’t wait!

 

Who is Vodafone shipping with? I wish the NZ launch was using phone numbers as reference numbers for the couriers, like how it appears to be in the States (I've seen people tracking their shipment all the way from China).

Just got this txt:

"FROM SPARK: Your Spark order will be with you in 3-5 business days. You can check where it is using Track & Trace number (REMOVED) at courierpost.co.nz"

My order is scheduled for Nov 3rd on the order confirmation so I wonder if that means it won't arrive tomorrow after all.

This is the same message I got from Spark last year with my iPhone 7 order - it arrived the next day. Provided you're not living somewhere rural you should (hopefully) have it tomorrow laughing

 Ooh thanks for restoring the hope Swemoph! It's going to my work address in Auckland so I might be in luck ;) Tracking shows 'Ticket not found' but I imagine that will show once it's actually scanned out of the depot.

Sounds like you might be! I also just got my tracking number from Spark a few moments ago and it's showing the same status - cue the mad refreshing of the courier post website for the next 24 hours.

2degrees just emailed my shipping confirmation, woohoo!!

 

Last year (iPhone 7) it was 2:09pm, this year it was 2:12pm. Like clockwork..

Apple better hurry up I’m getting mad jealous about a simple tracking link! Hahaha.
The link will activate usually once scanned at the warehouse so hopefully sonner rather than later

Just got my order shipping confirmation from Vodafone, was a bit worried because my order didn't go through till 8.21pm.  :)

I use an awesome iOS / MacOS app for tracking packages called “Parcel”, it gives you push notifications when there’s an update on the tracking.

Mine showed that for an hour or so but soon got activated, I think it gets generated in the system which is when we get notified automatically through Spark but the tickets itself is not trackable until it's physically printed. That's how they work at our online shop too.
