hey Geekzone, ive been scouring the interwebs for an hour now looking at where I could source about 6 ipad 2's for work, has any one got any suggestions? anyone done this b4?

I know that unit is old but Apple have a good track record of pumping out older units

Oh, if you just need it for browsing the web you'd probably be better off going in for a cheap android tablet, rather than an iPad. Something like this would be a decent 10 inch tablet and you wouldn't find many for cheaper. Obviously you won't get the same performance as something on the higher end but for a basic webpage it shouldn't matter too much. You'd want to test the webpage on an android device to make sure it runs correctly before splurging on a bunch of tablets though. 

If you don't need a full 10 inches and wouldn't mind a 7 inch tablet you could get them for cheaper still, somewhere in the $100-$200 range. 

I would never buy a tablet like this for personal use, because the overall user experience is pretty terrible, but if they're for a specific single webpage for work, then as long as you've verified the website functions correctly on the tablet then a cheap android one should do the trick.
