Hi Tech Ninjas!

My partner received an iPhone 6 s from her sister in Hong Kong.
She did have an iPhone 4 but had to get a nano Sim.

We'very tried to put the nano Sim in the 6s and says "no service"
But when I put the nano Sim in my work iPhone, it works fine.

Think her new 6s is carrier blocked? Reading online, apparently your carrier can unblock this for you?

Thanks

Contact the carrier it was purchased from and see what they charge to unlock.
