Just letting you know that IOS 11 native email client and Office 365 email is not working at the moment. Work around is to use the O365 email app.

More importantly, anyone has any "Missing" apps? (presumably 32 bit and not allowed to pass)

Probably a good reason to retain an older iOS device to access just those apps on. Many people though always get rid of them, so they can make some money and put that towards the new device.

11.0.1 is out and sending mails in outlook has been fixed.
