Its a spark , huawei router. HG659 ?

 

Wheres the cert? ( the router I presume), why is it pretending to be office365?

When internet is down on some routers (including the HG659) it redirects all requests to a “get connected to the internet” page. Totally normal behaviour and nothing to be concerned about.
